The 27-year-old midfielder has been at the club for the past week after being released from Preston North End during the summer and boasts a wealth of experience having feature in the top-flight with West Bromwich Albion and boyhood club Birmingham City.

Elsewhere, Dan East looks set to start in goal for the first time since the pre-season trip to Havant & Waterlooville.

It's a permanent 3 year deal as Bournemouth couldn't get a loan from a non league club. It was going to be a loan until January and then permanent.
