He was talking about FPC, not LDC.

(Unless FPC are responsible for closing a hospital and not mending Newhaven streetlights)

For what its worth, you can't blame LDC for a hospital closing - despite what else you may think of them - that's a Government responsibility.....and are the streetlights a county council responsibility?
