I have just brought a bottle of Lucazade for 65p!! bonus!

which got me thinking. how things have drastically changed in price.

EG a can of Coke used to be no more than 50p (only a few years ago) and is now nearly a pound!!

Any others?

Where is a can of coke nearly a pound?

In supermarkets it seems that Coke and/or Pepsi are nearly always on special offer such that 12 cans (2 * 6 packs) or 15 cans can be had for about £4.

I'm not sure if Munchies still exist, but when I did last see them I was amazed at how short the packet was. When I was younger the packet was a monstrous length. The packet was the kinda size that Jesus could have used just one to feed the 5000. And more besides.

Munchies are my favourite chocolatey treat. I bet they are close to £1 in most shops now

I have however, always known them to be of this size -

Cinema and football were comparable in price when I was a lad. Not now.
