As Kev bottled it, I have done the draw.

As more than 20 wanted in most teams have assistant managers the first 5 entrants have no assistants. The joining of managers was done using excel's random number generator as was the allocation of teams. If five extra people want to play please and you will be placed in the gaps on a first come first served basis.
