Afraid it,s a lost cause against Lyon this week. This is the anniversary week of the death of one of their players Cathy, who was much respected. They keep mentioning it on the shouts board, and they will be making a determined effort to win the Euro Cup in her memory.
We couldn,t have picked a more difficult draw this week if we tried...!


Roll on next week.............Crystal palace are joining us in the Premiership, and they usually give a good account of themselves in the first week, with the main aim of finishing above us. I hope we,ll be ready to welcome them...LOL...!

A great effort this week,and a decent sized squad to back up the 6 big hitters.

I notice Hull,Barnet and Burnley are very close in the Euro draw and this could work to their favour IF they communicate and play sensibly together.I think Hull are big enough to roll over and pitch in with Burnley but hopefully one of them will be left in the draw at 6pm when i can help out but if there are any Albion around who fancy helping any English (or British)survivors tomorrow your efforts will be noted and one day i'm sure it will be paid back.
