Ryan -6- couldn’t do anything about the goals but doesn’t seem to distribute it quick enough for a counter attack. Having said this, these instructions are probably coming from GP.
White - 7- some decent blocks, will be key this year
Dunk - 6- should have buried the header
Webster -6- unfortunate with the deflection, otherwise a steady performance
Lamptey -9- MOTM - what a player ! Was involved in every thing good we did
March -7- worked hard up and down the wing but frustrating when he would always turn back
Bissoumma - 7- much prefer him in the middle of the park to Stephens/Propper
Alzate -6- made the mistake but ran at their defence and it didn’t dent his confidence
Lallana - 6- some sparks, hope he can stay fit
Trossard - 7- took the goal well and is our biggest attacking threat
Maupay -6- not his best game but should have done better with lampteys cross
Connolly -5- I don’t think he will be the answer this season
Gross -6- liked him playing in his deeper role, could be useful there this year
AJ - 6- good one two on the edge of the area to set up a chance
