how likely is this scenario:He trains with us for 2 weeks and gets his fitness back,while McGhee ponders over whether to sign him or not.Mulryne gets pissed off with the indecision and signs for a championship side(i'll have a guess at Southend)

Didn't work like that with Darren Currie, did it? Came to us as lacking fitness and rejected by other clubs on trial. Bit of McGhee magic later, hey presto - quarter of a million pound player!
