Pardew is an utter cock. This serves only to disadvantage him though; Newcastle won't learn lessons if he doesn't point out lessons to learn from.

He tries so hard to come across as a knowledgable and respectable gent of the game, when really if you scratch under the surface he is nothing but a nasty vile piece of work. Get f***ed Alan :wanker:

I don't mind Pardew at all.
Done a great job at Newcastle working for a player-selling owner.

But he took positive thinking too far with his review. Newcastle, for a highly paid & media-acclaimed PL team, had many failings & poor performnces tonight against a little old Championship team. He didn't want to admit it.

there was that handball in the penalty area but the ref didnt see it,
we matched them for almost all the game, brezovan saved twice
and then we won it with a brilliant buckley run and a deflection:
dont see that he has got much to complain about, they didnt score
and they didnt outplay us:

I can't even think of a time when they should've had a 'stonewall' penalty?

Bitter prick, I guess the league matters a bit more now?

The Barnes handball was a very good shout for a pen.

Apart from that he is completely wrong in his view of the game. Personally I thought it was tactically a great game to watch and that Gus set the team up really well.

the thing with a ''Holloway Triple-Substitution'' is only ian holloway can do it and it works where as with anyone else it fails spectactulary

I believe the original term for such a move is a "Barry Fry".
