Yes deffo. The above would work.

Also what would work is recording cash won, and I only say that because it better reflects how difficult it was to win your particular game based on the number of people participating. eg - 20 players in, you'd win more money than a game with 10 players in. You'd get more 'points' for your win and rightly so.

The only drawback with that is the points won't go down so far. With 10 or more players, money would go to the first 4, not 5 per your example above.

Cards is a funny old game, last night I couldn't do no wrong tonight it went pair shaped.

The good thing about this format is it'll have so many twist and turns, who knows who'll be 1st, 2nd or last.
