From the penalty and stupid sending off , which Tanno should know better, we probably plauyed the worst football we have since Gus arrived. Granted Southampton played the extra man well and we didnt compete.

Can I make a comment about the thread and the game - POINTLESS.

It has been disappointing for a few weeks now. Our 'passing' game has all but disappeared, decimated by injuries to key players, too much media attention, ...........and far too much blind optimism.

Gus and Tano have yet to step up to the mark in this division with their managerial skills.........but I am still very confident that Gus is a very quick learner and will become a top manager in the game. This season, I hope, will be a steep learning curve, ready to improve next season.

My word for the game yesterday.....Bubble-burster.
