How come Israel get to enter the Eurovision Song Contest and the European Championship and, say, Lebanon don't?

Did no-one hear the news at the weekend? the US are quietly assembling a massive assault force in Iraq (under the guise of restoring order there) which analysts suggest points towards an imminent attack on Iran, no-one can really believe that the US and thir buddies in Jerusalem are going to allow a hard line Muslim state to have a Nuke...no way, no never, no how.

I heard a couple of US Fleets were heading in the direction of Iran.


WW2 began in manchuria when the Japs invaded it. WW3 Began in 1982 when Hizzbollah bombed the US Barracks in Beirut.

The USA was in denial about it all till Sept 11, many are still in Denial.

Because Arab nations don't recognise Israel, so they can't play in those competitions. So the Europeans were nice enough to allow them to join in with us
