I think it was mentioned in a matchday programme and in the Argus and on NSC. But I don't think Yorkie asked for the thread to be made sticky. She should send you a personal apology.

It was widely publicised. I thought a few people hadn't spotted it so asked for a thread to be stickied on Nsc just in case.
People don't want to listen so why should the club send out 28,000 individual letters and involve all the costs of posting them.

What if you don't have a computer, and live away from Brighton and are unable to get the Argus......so you ring up for a ticket to go to a game that is all ticket and are told 'sorry no can do'. It might only effect a small minority but it will effect some.
