I can count 13 wet rows in the east stand, and 9 in the south stand where the roof is.

It is of course to be expected, I saw them breaking out the ponchos at a Man city game a few weeks back, rain doesn't always fall downwards. I just didn't expect it to go quite as far back as it has

You could of course wait until the stadium is actually finished before worrying about this sort of thing.

The trench in the SW corner is being filled with the big metal drainage pipes this morning.

I did wonder about the roofs . looks like a cross wind and rain = wet

Just like any other stadium in the UK then!
