From the aerial shots posted they have definitely started the East Stand, there must be reasons why they haven't quite finished the WSU or the North Stand...and they've missed the first bit out on the East Stand too....

I guess there must be a limit on how many seats can be delivered/stored at any one time. 23,000 seats in boxes must take up quite alot of room.

Could well be the winner. seats would cause a huge obstruction to workers trying to put up a 100" screen or however big they are. anyone know how big the are going to be?
