I actually took the image from the webcam, looks of x 1 light is on but why just 1 ?

I read the Argus today, apparently they had them on in one of the stands last night.

To clear up the floodlight matter the night of my presentation (9th @ 6pm) Mr Ken said that they had been turned on for the first time earlier that day (can't have been much earlier) but they did not appear to be on that night.

I actually took the image from the webcam, looks of x 1 light is on but why just 1 ?

I think you'll find that those lights (there were 2 rectangular ones) were the lights that shine into the stand at the end of evening games.
The east stand floodlights (which are round) can't be seen from the webcam as the gantry hides them.

Take a look at 17:15 on the 9th Feb, the East Stand Floodlights are on. Beauty.
