Well, will this do Tory boy?

(Off of Wiki.)

The sale of the club's stadium provoked two pitch invasions by angry fans in protest against it. A pitch invasion late in the 1995-96 season, when the Seagulls were relegated to Division Three, resulted in a suspended sentence of three points deducted and a game played behind closed doors for the club. A similar protest on 1 October 1996 in a league game against Lincoln City meant that a Football League hearing on 9 December that year saw them deducted two league points.[7] The club later appealed against the points deduction but their appeal was rejected, although ultimately they still managed to avoid relegation from the Football League by a narrow margin that year.[8]

So did you get the ban as well?
Oh yeah thats what I meant,
No Beardy let me go. I was cutting his grass on the Friday afternoon.

Manchester Untied, Liverpool or Arsenal never get promoted! it's more a promotion/surviving relegation thing suppose to actually winning a championship! also if your THAT against it stay away from tuesdays game and celebrate at home by yourself. then you wont get pissed off? everyones a winner in this world!

oh and your telling me liverpool fans wouldnt run on the pitch if they finally won the championship again? have a day off, probably 1 of the most passionate fanbase around, they'd go flippin' mental!

All of this :clap2:

Man Utd fans get more excited that someone outplays them than them actually winning, personally.
I'm invading the pitch, for sure! Why!? Becuase we will be promoted to the second tier of english football, with a better squad; a superb manager. Oh let us not forget that we will also get Championship football at our HOME. Lest We Forget...

If we win they'll be a pitch invasion, whether you like it or not

Whenever there's a pitch invasion at Brighton, the main concern is that the game is allowed to finish, and everyone is safe and doesn't get hurt climbing over hoardings or crashing around on the field filled with professional players and officials.

It really isn't an 'us vs them' for stewards, as a rule.

In actual fact, the ultimate intent is always for the fans best interest, and by adhering to the club's best interests.

Firstly we have to win on Tuesday, whist promotion will be a fantastic achievement, I’m sure that having been ‘leaders’ for so long, Gus will want the team to continue and go up as champions, a new trophy in our new trophy cabinet at our new stadium (we do not want Scumpton nicking our silverware right at the end (if they can keep up)). The last thing Gus will want is some plonker trying lifting Murray, Bennett or any of our squad, dropping them causing injury to the players. Promotion is brilliant, but Champions is even better.

Let the players savour the movement and show appreciation to the fans, maybe the club will do something at the end of the season. But when we do get promoted MAKE SOME NOISE!

Completely agree with this. Promotion will be fantastic but for me it's not mission accomplished, that will come when we have the title in the bag. I'm looking forward to the Hudds game when we can finally say goodbye to Withdean, I think an invasion would be more than appropriate then.
