LBG has offshored 15000 IT roles to India since 2008 ( Hbos, C&G, Scott Widows, etc).... but I can tell you this, nothing gets in the live environments without at least 6 layers of testing..... I guarantee NWB/RBS have sacked a couple of bods for this failure.

Still reckon there is more to this than meets the eye, they've gone bust and waiting for the government to bail them out and want it kept secret otherwise it will start a massive run on them and all the other banks
