All the talk over the past day or so has been about the death of Michael Jackson and how premature it was.
There have been a lot of premature deaths during my lifetime in the music industry for what ever reason (suicide,drugs,drink etc) and some of those names include; Hendrix,Bonham,Moon,Lennon,Curtis,Mercury,cobain etc.

Which person do you miss the most or had a big influence on you,for me personally it was Joe Strummer.

Lennon...definitely influenced me as a teenager.

Can you imagine him playing festivals, like Glastonbury, if he were still alive today...quite probably...the person I would love to have seen live would have been Marc Bolan...reckon he would be wooing audiences today if he hadn't died so young.
