After reading Build a Bonfire, I believe that was a certain Coldean One. He rang Belotti after being out on the source and forgot to dial 141. Belotti then prosecuted the guy. Now, not having done it before and being in a drunken state you might have thought that he would get no more than a telling off. But no, he got a sentence. I think Belotti was a member of the Police Authority and so probably had influence. A total disgrace. I remember reading the anguish of his elderly mother.
