Missing cladding at south end of Amex

The question there was "Do you know if any more cladding is going up OR is it being left as it is?"

The answer is "No"

I take that as he doesn't know.

I totally misread that this morning. I thought it was a different question.

But like deletebeepbeepbeep says, he seems to be saying there's no more cladding going up. This whole "he was asked if he knew" stuff is a bit clinging at straws, for me.
