Why don't they get a cross section of fans (different modes of travel) and set up a group that meets every couple of months or so, with the transport Manager to talk through what's been done, its impact and what else could be done? Better beer than Fosters please plus when can we get an efficient catering company to run the concourses? And any chance of changing the park and ride to operate like other clubs - load up buses en masse and then send them off together so people wait in the warm and dry on board rather than queuing for half an hour in shite weather. And a second wave of buses wouldn't go amiss, rather than having to wait for them all to get to their destinations and come back as appears to be the case at the moment. Fortunately, I'm able to use the train most of time but the couple of times I've had to use the P&R it's been pretty awful post-match.
