McGhee is proven at this level, with a number of clubs. We desperately need some stability here, and I really don't see any reason to be even contemplating a change of manager. Utterly ridiculous.

Sturrock did a great job at Plymouth, but ..... what the HELL has gone on at Southampton He has clearly got the ability to rub a lot of people up the wrong way very quickly. As much as I don't like Lowe, he hasn't been quick to fire people in the past. Not that I can remember anyway. Something smells, and I'd be reluctant to touch him.
