This is still yesterday's game so whoever wins is scheduled to play their 2nd round match tomorrow. Isner was also scheduled to play doubles this tournament so theoretically he could be playing another singles and a doubles match tomorrow. Considering he can barely walk I'm not sure how he's going to do that if he does win!
