When asked if anything could be done to keep him at Stockport he gave a bit of a limp answer that didn't really say anything at all

Summary:

Loves Stockport, in an ideal world would prefer to stay, but they are f***ed moneywise.

Big question is whether he drops down to manage us, or waits until the summer and hopes a vacancy arises in a Championship club.

Very thoughtful, decent and intelligent man, doesn't need the abuse he'll get after two defeats at the Albion from the usual suspects.

Likes DK, will probably take the job, but needs to speak to Mrs Gannon out of courtesy and love for his wife.
