I think Hammond's played his best football for us there although jdging by the pre-match comments in The Argus today I get the impression McGhee is paying a lot of attention to Carole and Fruity to see if they're up for it when the weathers not so warm. I reckon your suggestion could happen in the future should Fruity not perform - although I reckon Fruity will perform.

I recall MM saying CKR had his best game when up front with Hart (Not after Cov, Hull I think??) so probably looking too see if that combination has a future.

What have El-Abd or Lynch done wrong? Or Carole, Chippy, Hammond? Admitidly Carole was poor at Saints and Chippy isnt back to full fitness.
