Worrying thing is Lynch has made no secret of the fact he sees us as a stepping stone to a big club. Which in a way I quite like. He has ambition and you know where you stand with him.
Personally I think he's the best defender we've produced by a margin.

Where did you get that piece of information from?

dont matter
I think if he has a decent game up at Forest, he'll be gone by next weekend.
I've only seen him at centre back against the Gills, but he exudes class.

we WON'T and sadly can't say no at this current time

i hope its the 'ammers over the glory hornet boys though , they are building a strong squad that look very promising premiership wise and i have no doubt he could do a job for them

Anything around the 750k margin we would find very difficult to turn down i would imagine.
Oh good - we can look forward to a replacement costing about £50k then.

That slightly undervalues him I think but is not outrageous - and the uncomfortable fact is that we may need an energetic, skillful midfielder like Stokes more than we need Lynch in League 1 given our glut of decent centre-backs.

I'm not so sure, I think that would be a pretty good deal. He does look a decent player, but he is by no means the finished article, and plenty of players of his ability don't go on to fulfil their potential.
