Not sure if this has been printed about wether it's a loan or permanent deal

Albert Jarrett could move to Swindon Town permanently if the winger impresses during his loan spell there.

Jarrett helped the League One strugglers beat Bournemouth 4-2 on Saturday at the start of his one-month loan. The enigmatic winger is under contract with Albion until the summer of 2007, but he told The Argus: 'After the month's over, we'll see where we go from there. There's a possibility to do something.'

Albion manager Mark McGhee, who is not ruling out a permanent move, said of Jarrett's time with the Seagulls: 'He's just not worked hard enough or applied himself as well as he should. He's expected just to be given the chance because he's a left winger and offers something different, but he's not earned his chance.'

Yeah because Swindon must has thought McGhee thought Jarrett was MUSTARD before those comments. Hence why he's looking to unload him.

Well, they may not have thought he was a great player but saying he's lazy? Not the best reference is it.

Wasn't Leon slagged off by Shef Wed? They were right of course but it didn't stop QPR and ourselves bidding for him.

Oh yeah, sorry McGhee is right to call Jarrett lazy when we're trying to offload him.

My bad.

I think we need the London Irish / Yorkie combo to tell us all why McGhee was perfectly correct to do this.
