The older your HD box the sooner you get the EPG update. I only got mine in November so I reckon it'll be a few weeks before I can watch any sport on ITV without it looking as if it's through the bathroom window. The picture quality on the standard ITV seemed to be even more shit than usual last night. Even channel 5 is better than that

I refused to watch any sport on ITV until I could access the ITV HD channel on SKY.

Sadly it can't be recorded just yet.

To confirm Samsung and Pace boxes have not yet had the upgrade. Older Thompsons have. Rumour is it will be a few months before Samsung boxes recieve the upgrade. You should get notice through the post a few days before it happens.
