What are you using to pack up? I used an hypnosis CD two years ago and never touched one since- amazing, especially as I am not the sort of person that hypnosis CDs would work on - little bit cynical! I tried gum, patches, lozenges, cold turkey, even those plastic pretend things, and nothing else worked.

This one - Amazon sell it for less than a tenner!

I've just stopped, trying to keep telling myself that the money i save will allow me to go to ALL the away games instead of a dozen or so.

Thats what did for me on my last attempt. I'd not smoked for 2 months then went to a wedding. Got very drunk and forgot I'd given up! Going for it again from 1st September.
