I have also been commuting between Portslade & London since 1985 and I would agree the Trains are much better BUT, this is not down to privatisation ! its down to the amount of investment that has gone into the Railways in the last 10 years.

If they had not been privatised, they would be even better now.

The NHS has had record investiment in the last 10 years and thats getting worse.

Labour are shit.

The fact they are still in power says alot about the opposition. Not happy with Labour at all (esp the stealth privitisation of the NHS) but still can't imagine voting Tory.. ever.. or Lib dem.

You should try the socialist party. They are trying to build a mass workers party. To be honest vote anything but the main three parties. They all need a massive kick in the bollocks
