On the face of it the match is a dead rubber and I half-expect both teams to stroll it.

On the other hand there is cub pride at stake. Lose and we finish bottom of the division.

If McGhee is to keep his job then 'd like to see him fire up the team for one last performance to take the 3 points and haul us off the bottom. After all, what the hell do Stoke care? They should be eminently beatable if we turn up in the right frame of mind.

Plus the players get win bonuses so every incentive.

Often thought that myself, I am sure he would make far more sense and be a happier person :lolol: :lolol:

He probably is happier but then again he is innocent to the ways of the world and the wheeling and dealing that goes on in business to make everything seem rosy.

Like a lot on here he thinks that somebody would put their last £2m into the club because they like the club and support it and not expect a return on it..

Our luck is not that good with some but then again it will be sad to see others go but as has been said many times players, managers, directors come and go but the club keeps going and the fans still keep coming.

It's a half one kick off, right?

Will be dissapointed if today is the end of OGH's Albion career:nono:

BG, I just wish you could see the positives. In every match so far this seson, pretty much Two thirds of the squad have been under 23. They are bound to be inconsistent. Most of them had never played such regular football before. We have a young team, growing and learning together.

If relegation could so easily be avoided, why didn't they take it? I wish you had told the board and McGhee of your master plan to avoid relegation!
