Internet problems

I'm with NTL and can get to some websites - this one obviously but others are just not coming up at all e.g. BBC website, Sky website. Anyone else experiencing probs?

download http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/ , install it and run it, any website you cant get to put the address in the box and at the top and run it for 3-5minutes. then stop it and paste the output here and i'll let you know the problem

Mine was playing up a bit just now.

Switched off and on again.

I've had that before and it was a spyware problem. Running Ewido (now AVG anti-spyware) sorted it. By the way I tried Adaware and that missed it.

Springal, I typed in www.bbc.co.uk but when I stopped it after 10 mins I got nothing in the boxes below.

you have ot click the start button, then stop it after 3-5minutes. then do copy test to clipboard and post here


it should spew out random shit you might not understand, loads of numbers. thats good tho

I'd try all the ones I could find if I were you. I've found in the past that some pick up what others miss. AVG is the best I've come across so far.
