Yes I am. Never used it myself but have you tried installing Broadband Medic from the ntlworld home page ... may be useful, may be a crock of sh t

press enter.


then type

tracert www.bbc.co.uk

if that comes back with nothing do

tracert 212.58.238.133


then to copy it right click on the window, click mark, drag over it all and right click on ur mouse. then paste here

very interesting. sounds like a cache problem or something. try turning your pc, ntl box+modems off for 5minutes or so and then back on.

Broadband Medic

Just installed it myself ... asks you to specify how you're accessing the Internet (set top box), says 'need to restart to save settings', restarts and then says 'need to restart to save settings', loop ad infinitum.

i tried thew MTR program to bbc and yahoo, both going quite slow in past week- every page loading v slow.. will d/load the AVG software, and see if any difference later..

part 1- for bbc (specifically http://news.bbc.co.uk) i am getting- the bbc logo and top banner, then a waitaround before the rest of page loads up,,

I'm with NTL and can get to some websites - this one obviously but others are just not coming up at all e.g. BBC website, Sky website. Anyone else experiencing probs?
