Which team won the FA Cup and never scored a goal?

Who did Never play for? I don't expect it was Wolves (they've never even won the Premiership). Probably some team in the Midlands. I'd go for Aston Villa. I wouldn't ask this audience.

TOTKM - are you able to put us out of our misery and tell us the answe to the original question??

For those of you not gripped by this yesterday, the question was "Who has played in the Manchester, Rome and Madrid derbies"

Wolves and Grimsby, 1939 FA Cup semi-final

and i don't reckon the Manc, Rome, Madrid has an answer

Correct.

And I suspect you are correct on the second point too!

Kerry Mayo could do that. Boot one into his own net. Then boot one in other net at the KO. Then the half-time whistle blows. He could do it again. Better be facing right way though.

Surely the Old Trafford attendance was either the European Cup Final or and England game?

:nono:

Life after Bobby is correct, it was the FA Cup Semi-Final of 1939.
Who would believe that Grimsby were responsible for the largest Old Trafford Crowd eh!
