Capacity requirement for the Premier is 6000 as it is to enter the League. Must be all seater by end of first season. Premier has never got round to having a capacity requirement; didn't consider us a possibility probably. Only other requrement would be to raise the lux of the lighting by a considerable amount.

Ticket priority for the play off would be to those who had not been rude to MP or the ticket office over previous allocations.
