So the answer is yes then.

No the answer to your question is no.

Its not the laws that are its the application of them that is.

Largely because the race card is thrown into things too often and incorrectly.

Thats my whole point.Blacks and asians are protected from racisism more than whites are.You just gave a good example. If you had been black and them white YOU would have been arrested. There has always been more protection towards colourds because people like you stick up for them all the time. Unless they are born here, they shouldnt be here!!!

Sorry I do not stick up for them all the time, I just don't like to see anyone treated differently because they have a different skin.

If people break the law the law should be used equelly, regardless.

Its not, on that we have agreement.

But to get back to the original point, Howard should not say he is against rascism until he first cleans up his own racist party.

Thats a ridiculous thing to say. He can express a personal view if he wants regardless of what other party members say or think. Thats like me saying that I am against the Labour Party myself when I know that the rest of my family always vote for them. I am still allowed to say that regardless of what they feel.
You'll have to do better than that my friend.:nono:

Sorry that's bollox a leader does not have a personal view, the leader sets the tone for the whole organisation and I say that as an organisational leader. When I speak on the subject i am a leader on, I do not speak personally, I have too speak generally. I have to represent the view of the people I speak on behalf of.

Besides he was not saying a personal view he was saying what the party thought. The party that has in its elected ranks racists.

Sorry but its not.You are now clearly clutching at straws in a battle that you cannot win Proven by the fact that you now feel the need to get abusive. There is not one political party in the whole world which does not contain racists of some sort. If you are saying that a party leader must not express a personal view then you are denying him his freedom of speech. Clearly there is only one racist here, and that is you. Check mate!
I am now going to bed.

High up on the South Downs.
Why is all this bullshit on NSC when we are fighting to save our club.
The only racists we need to worry about are English toffs like Charles Hoile who despise the lower middle and working class white English.
Right on.

You are gonna have too explain that one too me, like where i got abusive etc.

The leader is there too lead, I did not mention any other party because no other party leader stood in Burnley and said that the BNP were odious when his own party has elected odeous people. (cheack earlier I mentioned a few I know).

Leaders when they become leaders (and for that matter spokesmen/women) give up their right yo public self expression when they take on the job. So the only person denying anyone anything is themselves.

I went to bed before you replied.

And you are gonna have to explain the racism bit.

I disagree entirely with this statement. Look at Blair, Blunkett and Mandelson leading the socialist Labour party - under the 'New Labour' banner - are you seriously telling me that they were representing the entire membership of their party ?? That there weren't hoards of socialists, left-wingers, and trade-unionists who bit their lips until they bled while Tony and his crew took their party further and further to the right.

Does it make Blair 'a two faced tit' as well ?

They lead the party the way they wanted to go, and they had enough people supporting them too do it.

Where do you see a problem in that?

Yes he had/has people who don't like him, most leaders do, regardless etc, leading a group does not mean that everyone agrees with you but that you have to represent the general view even if you disagree with it. If you don't want to do that you will either leave, or you will get chucked out.

A cabinet has collective responsibility, you argue your point in Cabinet, if you lose you go with the majority.

(Claire Short, that ginger gnome bloke, Alan "I want to spend more time with my children" Milburn. All quit rather than follow the party line.)

Tony is known in his own party as the best leader the Tory's ever had.

He fought his battles in the party conference, he achieved reform, or did you miss that bit?

And yes Tony "WMD to be launched on us in 45 minutes" Blair is a lying 2 faced shit.

Someone who's word I don't trust as far as the door after he has given it.

Micheal Howards parents were refugees from the Holocaust, I think it was Rumanian, but not sure.

Marvin, I take a lot of what you say, however, you could say that the Chinese people who died at Morecombe and In the back of the container at Dover were econimic migrants, when they are clearly not. They are slaves sold to underworld gangs who do not pay them and work them till they die.

those are the people we should wish to help.

BTW If those 150k people coming over from eastern europe are educated professional dentist/doctors etc I have no problem with them coming in
