This was the first ever Albion game I went to. Hooked ever since !!!!

Also saw the 2-0 win in 84/85 ?? Terry Conner scored one I'm pretty sure of that and seem to recall Joe Corrigan in goal.

So twice for me.

I was at the 2-0 FA Cup win in 84, Gerry Ryan got the first and Terry Connor scored an absolute screamer. Also went to 2 league games when we were in the 1st division - the 3-3 draw and also another evening game where we were 2-0 up and then Rush scored 2 late goals for a 2-2 draw. Got the train home after that game and a Liverpool fan tragically lost his life when he put his head out of the train window and struck it on a tunnel wall.
Also went to the FA cup game at Anfield when Liverpool were 2 up and Small (pen) and Byrne struck back for a 2-2 draw then also went to the replay which Liverpool won 3-2 in extra time . . . remember that Small got one of the Brighton goals and McMahon got 2 for the scousers but don't remember the other scorers.

Exactly this.
The fa cup win at Anfield 83 was superb couldn't speak properly for days after. 5000-6000 Albion fans up there. Ryan in front of the Kop. Case 35 yards out just after they had equalized and Phil Neal with the missed penalty. Fantastic.
The sunday afternoon game in 84 wasn't bad either!

What a coincidence, the 3-3 in 1981 was my first game too. Also, hooked ever since. My younger brother came the week after for his first game, a 0-0 bore draw with Stoke. He never went again! Bloody glad I chose the right game.
Saw the 1982 home league game AND the famous Anfield 5th round victory in '83, still probably the best Albion win I've ever seen.
The 2-0 cup win in '84, standing in the East terrace.
Then both the 1990 cup away and replay matches. This was Crumplin in his sublime pomp, beautiful stuff.
Bring on the Scousers again, I can't wait. Also love that Dalgleish will remember ALL the above games.

1983 at Anfield FA Cup (we won)
1984 (I think) FA Cup, we won again.

There must have been other times while we were in the old First Division, but I'm too old to remember =0(
