At the bottom, it says 5, 6 or 7. Mind you, I'm not quite sure why none of those options considers the fact that Europe is considered part of Asia in many people's eyes.

Some people were taught that North and South America are combined to form a single continent. Hence there would be 6 continents.
Another way of getting 6 continents is combining Europe and Asia to form Eurasia. Though I have never heard anyone talk about Eurasia before. (I did some google searching)
