Where do the police find these utter psychos from.

According to police, they received reports that the cow was charging at members of the public and had damaged a car.

A Surrey police spokesperson said they tried to safely capture the cow over a number of hours and explored a number of options before hitting it with a car

We don't know the full story so cannot really comment.

Firing a tranquilliser dart is the usual safe option but I guess it was more fun to hit it with a car, thus damaging another car.
