Yes you should be worried and you should call the club to find out where they are and also find out how many they have sold.

I phoned the ticket office yesterday (as I leave before the post so didn't know they'd arrived, and was worried as the cheque hadn't come out yet). A helpful chap said they are still working through the applications (INCLUDING Gold), but expected to have them all sent out by the end of this week.
He said they've been working till 10pm some nights.
