Just been to club shop at the ground for a nose about and there was a couple of people being shown around by some bha staff in suits and when I got to the club shop this bloke came in a said I have been sent to collect a home and an away shirt. One of the blokes being shown around was about 6 foot 2 black hair and the other was shorter with blond hair

Sorry to be flippant, but I've got a touch of the close season / new signings fever, I always try to stay pretty cool about this - but these days anything seems possible for The Albion so its difficult not to get a bit excited. How things have changed. Seriously though I guess anyone turning up at The Amex looking remotely young and athletic is going to be speculated about being the next signing. Today does feel like it ought be one of those special days, so I hope you are right.

Interesting if Scannel has left Palace for newly promoted Hudds, no doubt the deluded Nigels will see that as leaving them for a lesser club. Scannel doesn't see a rosy future at Selhurst. They are Clubs travelling in opposite directions, one up, one down.

Scannell leaving isn't a great loss to Palace unfortunately. They're sad to see him go because he was one of their youth players and someone who gives his all, not so much because of his talent on the pitch. Wouldn't read much into him and Gardner leaving
