Er, I think you mean Tim Healy who played Dennis in Auf Wiedersehen Pet as opposed to the former Chancellor of the Exchequer with comedy eyebrows!:lolol: :lolol:

Well done, you spotted the deliberate mistake :dunce:

Right, I think I got away with that!:jester:

Fairly sure that the incredible "Escape To Victory" final match was shot at MTK's ground in Budapest.

I think Roker Park was used in ID, in the scene where opposition fans throw darts at the Shadwell fans. Have a feeling that the Den was used as the home ground of Shadwell.

Leyton orient was the darts scene

I think Walford Town 'played' at Dagenham & Redbridge's ground in Eastenders.

Yeading (former home ground of Charlie Oatway) was used in Bend It Like Beckham

Jack Regan met his snout at Loftus Road once in the Sweeney.

Nearly right. Hazell was written by Terry Venables and Gordon Williams and starred Nicholas (Whatever happened to?) Ball. It wasn't at all bad.

Budgie was written by Keith Waterhouse ... and a very good series it was too.

As for the Judge John Deed episode. While it was true that judgie did get tickets for Withdean on the spur of the moment, the ground itself was never actually shown.

I am pretty certain Goodison Park was used in Brookside when Sinbad proposed to some woman
