I said I was taking a break because of all the negativity on this forum but I'm addicted because I love the club, anyway I am going to give you a Uruguayan who fits the bill........... Diego Rolan. Man Utd have been showing an interest but I think his career would be better served coming here to get used to English football under the wing of a Uruguayan legend, Gus Poyet.

German gossip spreaders 4-4-2 claim that Manchester United are interested in the nineteen year old Defensor Sporting winger. Rolan can also play up front but his main position is out on the right wing and if the club did go for him then it would suggest it would be as cover in case Nani leaves the club in the summer.

Inter Milan were apparently interested in him last summer and we've found a report in Italy linking Pescara, who won Serie B last season, with a move last May but nothing came of that. Lazio were also linked in a lengthy TMW report which suggested he could partner Klose upfront. They quoted Defensor president Dante Prato as saying at the time "Players like him are destined for a future as a top player wherever they go. We will try to make his fortune as well as ours."

The Uruguayan press have described Diego Rolan as 'the new jewel of Defensor Sporting' and he's certainly highly rated in the country but is yet to make an appearance for the national side. He's having a great season with five goals in eight games so far and this looks to be his real breakthrough year.

I would love this to be the rumoured Uruguayan.

Madine has got time on his side, and could develop into a very good player. I don't think Wednesday ( ) will be giving him away, I seem to remember he cost them a good few bob. He reminds me of Tyson Fury.

I hope we get him AND an unknown south american.... and they develop a hatred of each other, which manifests itself by them trying to outscore each other with the occasional flare up on the pitch.
