Used to get it from our local co-op back in the sixties, it was a sort of fruit flavoured version of Andrews Liver Salts, my favourite was Raspberry, probably rotted your teeth as it was so sweet, but as a kid it tasted lovely.

I still eat most of these things now.
I used to love that Ice-Magic stuff that went on ice cream.
We often have suet, bacon and onion roll.
