What is junket?

Junket is a sweet like a blancmange,made out of curdled milk and rennet is poured over it and the red rennet splits the milk into jellied lumps...loved it as a kid but it put a lot of people off by looking at it.

I remember making junket when I was at school.

Remember eating Rissoles a lot when I was younger and hadn't seen them for many years until I spotted them in a butchers in Burgess Hill earlier this year.
