There was only room in my heart for ELO at that time but looking back there was some fine stuff around and it was not until many years later that I revisted and started to appreciate it more. certainly better than the dross that followed from 1983 onwards. IMO like

I think it was probably either late '78 or early summer '79. The Lambrettas were supporting and yes, there were hordes of scarey looking skins. I can remember one of the them asking where we were from and when we replied Lewes, he told us that he'd been to court there.
