[The Large One]

Not far from Chappers' Narbonne, I give you the beautiful Collioure. Go out of season - you will not be disappointed.

We had a birthday meal for my partner about seven years ago there when we were staying in Quillan (between Perpginan and Carcassonne).

Lovely it was. Bloody lovely.

Another French one from me - Cordes-sur-Ciel (about an hour NE of Toulouse).

Bet it looked nicer before the earthquake!

This has been one of my favourite towns for a nice meal and evening out for the last 30 years

Found the dyed poodles a bit off-putting,but there used to be a nice outlaw boozer down by the harbour,'The Other Place',with a big Ducati motor as the beer engine.San An much nicer town
