Thick fresh bread, lashings of butter, peanut butter and marmite.
The Dutch do an open sandwich, ideal for breakfast, called an uitsmijter. Thick white bread, a good slice of smoked ham and a couple of fried eggs sunny side up. Eaten with a knife and fork.
Bloody hungry now. Bugger.

Tuna, black olive, red onion & LOADS of black pepper. In a soft white bap.

Didn't we have a mass debate a few months back on what constitutes a sandwich ? It turned into a MONSTROUS thread. Witnesses were called. Flounces were abound. LI did an essay.

I'm not sure I can take all that again.
