Yes, I do think the Falmer lot would give it a go!

This is true - the Falmer lot would be almost certain to appeal any "Yes" decision - whenever it may come.

While they might not win an appeal - and it would be very costly - it could delay the stadium by up to a year.

However, I believe that they have to seek leave to appeal, and therefore even if they did raise the funds, there is no guarantee that they would be successfull.

Got a text today (from someone NOT in the know) but they seemed pretty certain that It's a falmer yes, to be announced tommorow or tuesday, but there are a lot of restrictions involved
