Also its rumoured hes taken a paycut to make the deal happen. Arsenal beefed up his contract significantly last year in a vain attempt to keep him happy.

He will play plenty of games. Will he start in the big games though, I don't know, they aren't dropping Xavi or Iniesta right now.
